Dear Julian,

Thank you very much indeed for putting us in concern about the credit card issue.

Now, you could pay us in Credit Card and Visa Card etc . . ., but you will be charged at 3% extra for the bank service charge. Still you are requested to pay for the rental fee in advance plus the refundable deposit of $200 when you are taking a car without driver.

Should you require any further info regarding to the above-mentioned, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When are you planning to have a facility for paying by credit card? This is a must for business users on expenses and now that there are local ANZ cards in Cambodia it should be offered by any reputable car rental company. It also avoids the problem of cash deposits which are very inconvenient for the occasional user

What I like about Lyna Garage are:
-smiling and warm friendliness of every one there, it is a people first type of service. Great !
-good ethical business as truthful to the motto of "no cheating business"
-very effective in communication
-my car seem to be smiling and willing to run better on the road again after being treated at Lyna Garage. (Corolla 95 only)

I think Lyna Garage is the best one in Cambodia. It suits my need and budget.

Thank you very much for your follow up email regarding my car situation.

Honestly to inform you that, I am very much appreciated to your services providing to us.

After the repairing work done by your garage, I found my car is more comfortable in term of engine though it is quiet than before.

However, I am not yet satisfy myself with the gasoline condition.

Be informed that, I do understand that this problem might be happened before your repaired work but I just claim to ask for your help.

I tested by filling up 20 litters of gasoline but it could run only not over than 100 mile.

Therefore, I concluded that it may over-take consume of gasoline than usual car.

Please advice if you have any idea on the technique of gasoline testing.

Sorry I have not checked this email for few days as there are so many things on the to-do list.

I hope you still enjoy your Ratanakiri coffee! Are you still keeping at the same pace...3 per morning?? It would be too strong for I cannot handle it! By the way, we every day keep improving the quality of the soup for white noodle (Kuy teav) as we have found that we have not got the right taste as we used to have in our former restaurant. Not sure whether you also feel the taste is not right but we will keep figuring the way until we get the best...

We are really happy the car and the painting made by your garage. The problem is that now we have changed our mind... not wanting to sell it yet...because it looks really good. I have not had time to take it the polishing place yet. Many thanks for the photos... we are extremely happy with your service and quality.

Thank you for your email. We are having a really wonderful time in your beautiful country, and are very sad that it is nearly time to go home to cold and rainy England! Having our own transport has made a big difference to see life in Cambodia as we've travelled between Phnom Penh, Kep, Tatai River and now around Ankor Wat.

We are staying at the FCC in Siem Reap on Pokambor Avenue - our room is 'Sesame' room, and the hotel phone is 063 760 280.

We fly from Siem Reap airport to Bangkok at 8.45 in the evening on 2nd January, so could you meet us at the airport at about 7.15 to 7.30pm?
